Please allow four business days to process medication refills. We do not provide refills on the weekends. Please keep track of your child’s/your medication and call in before it is finished. To renew your child’s/ your prescription, the physician may need to review the medical records, labs, or other information. If the medication requires prior authorization from the insurance company, our office will promptly process the paperwork. Please remember we do not have control over how quickly your insurance company processes our request. If a patient has not been seen by the doctor for more than a year, we will be unable to process a prescription refill request.
