Cherise Frazier, MD
Dr. Cherise Frazier was born in New York City and grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She attended Clark Atlanta University where she majored in Biology. From college she went to the University of Florida Medical School and graduated in 2002. Dr. Frazier completed her Pediatric Residency in 2005 at Westchester Medical Center. In 2008, she completed her Pediatric Neurology Residency at State University of New York Downstate where she was the chief resident her last year. From there, Dr. Frazier completed a Neurophysiology Fellowship at Emory University in 2009. Dr. Frazier was Board Certified in Pediatrics and is Board Certified in Neurology.
Dr. Frazier has worked in Georgia with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA) and Emory University, where she was an Assistant Professor for the past 7 years. She learned a lot during that time and worked with many wonderful and knowledgeable physicians. Although her specialty is seizures/epilepsy, she sees patients with most neurological problems.
Dr. Frazier is a member of the Child Neurology Society, American Academy of Neurology, and the American Epilepsy Society.
