Arrival Time / Late Policy
We make every attempt to see you at your appointed time. To ensure that we run on time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time (30 minutes for new patients). If you are running more than 15 minutes late (i.e., you arrive at the time your appointment is scheduled to start), we may need to reschedule your appointment. If your provider does agree to see you late, you will be handled as a work-in appointment and will be seen when the schedule allows so that other patients are not seen late. If you are running late, please call to notify us as this may allow us to work you in easier.
